Hearts has been a dream since my daughter Makenzie was diagnosed with
Congenital Heart disease when she was 2 months old.
I have a desire to
show love to families that have been affected by this disease and to spread
awareness. My heart breaks for those who have lost loved ones to CHD or any
other illness.
